well, alot of navy ships are powered by nuclear reactors... these reactors are controlled by electronics (among other things)... someone has to work on these electronics, and that's what i did... i also was a reactor operator - i sat at the panel that controlled the pumps moving water through the reactor and moved the control rods in and out of the core... the training i had to go through was called Navy Nuke ET Training... ... there's gotta be more austinites on here... come on out y'all! -chris
